Service Description
Adult family therapy can be done with two or more members of a family who want to heal past hurt and work on relationship dynamics and communication. Adult family therapy is a powerful and rewarding experience in which we work to undo multigenerational patterns that no longer work and may be causing pain and disconnection. Session length is recommended to be 75 or 100 minutes.
